Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
